What? That is just a stunning statistic that came out from the Wall Street Journal this week that is hard to believe! That fact not only makes for a tough, tough market for buyers but also puts extensive strain on the Realtor community as agents vie for listings and try to calm the buyer population. Montana Breweries Unite!

Two of our favorite clients out of Polson, MT are owners of the Ronan Cooperative Brewery and sent this cool story to us.

"After a long year of unprecedented shutdowns and restrictions, Montana Breweries are ready to bounce back, stronger than ever! If 2020 taught members of the Montana Brewers Association anything, we are all more prosperous when we stand together, united in beer.

Because of this,19 Montana breweries will release their collaborative brew on March 30, 2021.The Last Best Pale Ale is a collaborative effort between Montana brewers, maltsters, and hop growers. MBA member breweries are using pale and crystal malts from Farm Power Malt, Gallatin Valley Malt, Malteurop, and Montana Craft Malt. Brewers are also using “C” hops from Crooked Yard Hops. But beyond those two requirements, brewers are free to add any other ingredients they wish." Click Here to Read More

Scott has an awesome Marina Cay condo in the Courtyard Building that just went under contract. He also put under contract a gorgeous view acreage in Dayton and recently closed two homes on the west and south side of Kalispell.
Kellie is on top of all the details of the team's 21 pending sales.
Dane worked with the buyer and Drew worked with the seller to close on a nice little home parcel off Grinde Bay Ln in Polson. Dane also closed on a view home in Lakeside.

Drew closed on a Crestwood neighborhood lot in Whitefish which offered potential for duplex and short term rentals.
