Looking for an amazing Christmas concert or show? Scott saw this show live in Tennessee earlier in the month and highly recommends watching during the upcoming holiday. The Birth of a King: Live in Concert is a chill-inducing manifestation of Tommee Profitt's 2020 cinematic Christmas album. The show featured 20 artists, a 60-piece orchestra, a 100-person choir (The Choir Room), and was performed in front of a sold-out crowd at The Fisher Center at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. It includes 17 awe-inspiring renditions of popular Christmas songs, orchestra and some of the best vocalists on the planet. Artists include Tauren Wells, Crowder, Danny Gokey, Rachael Lampa, Jordan Smith, Colton Dixon, Evvie McKinney, Tina Guo and more.

As we are nearing the end of 2023 the chart above, specifically for just Flathead County shows that we are "down" overall in all the metrics as compared to 2022. This is not a surprise given higher interest rates and simply a lower level of inventory to excite buyers.

For the larger full NW Montana region, you can see that single family residential median price range is down 3.2%, but townhomes/condos are up 4.5%. This may be due to some buyers downsizing along with buying lower maintenance housing as our population ages.
