The median days on market for Flathead Co properties is currently coming in at 69 days ... so roughly a little over 2 months from the time we upload the property into
the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). If you were selling and we uploaded today, that would already take you into August for a closing! Time flies! This of course doesn't take into account the time needed to visit with you and tour the property, share market information on sales, review documents and take photographs.
So the bottom line is that if you are interested in selling "this season" the time is quickly going by. Luckily our market tends to reach into the Fall now but it would be beneficial to be proactive and take advantage of the great weather we have now and through the next several months.
